In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "pkr788," "Platform," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the pkr788 online gaming platform and its operating entity, licensed under an international gaming authority.
• "User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pkr788 platform in any capacity.

By accessing the pkr788 platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, You confirm that You have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If You do not accept these Terms & Conditions, You must immediately cease using the pkr788 platform and must not register an Account.

Your continued use of the pkr788 platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. pkr788 will provide reasonable notice of material changes via the platform or by email to Your registered address.

Use of the pkr788 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of Account registration and at all times during platform use.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of a pkr788 employee in a role that creates a conflict of interest with platform use.

pkr788 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in Account suspension pending resolution.

Each eligible individual may register one Account only on the pkr788 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the closure of all associated Accounts without notice and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

Registration Requirements

At registration, You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on Your CNIC
• A valid and active email address solely controlled by You
• Your date of birth
• Your Pakistani mobile number
• A password meeting pkr788's minimum security standards

You agree to maintain the accuracy of Your registration information and to promptly update it if any details change. pkr788 is not liable for any loss resulting from Your failure to maintain accurate registration information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of Your pkr788 Account credentials, including Your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share Your credentials with any third party. pkr788 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised Account access where such access resulted from Your failure to protect Your login details.

You must notify pkr788 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of Your Account or any breach of security.

pkr788 is required under its international gaming license and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations to verify the identity of all Account holders before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before accepting deposits above specified thresholds.

KYC verification on pkr788 requires the submission of:

• National Identity Document: A clear, legible copy (front and back) of Your Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC)

The following general betting rules apply to all sports wagering activity on the pkr788 platform. Sport-specific rules and market-specific rules are published within the relevant betting market on the platform and form part of this Agreement by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: A Bet is accepted and binding only when confirmed by the pkr788 system and reflected in Your Account transaction history. A Bet is not binding until this confirmation is received.
• Stake Deduction: The full stake amount is deducted from Your real-money Account balance at the moment a Bet is confirmed. Insufficient balance will prevent Bet placement.
• Odds: All odds are displayed in decimal format. The odds displayed at the moment of Bet confirmation are the final applicable odds, regardless of subsequent market movement. Pre-match odds are fixed at confirmation; in-play odds are fixed at server-side acceptance.
• Voided Bets: pkr788 reserves the right to void any Bet where the odds were manifestly erroneous due to a system error, data feed error, or human error. In such cases, the original stake is returned to Your Account.
• Match and Event Cancellations: If a match or event on which a Bet has been placed is cancelled, postponed beyond 36 hours, or abandoned before completion of the relevant market conditions, the Bet will be voided and the stake returned unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-event and cumulative winnings limits apply and are displayed within the betting interface. pkr788 reserves the right to limit Bet stakes or winnings for any Account where irregular or suspicious betting patterns are detected.

• Opt-In: Bonuses are not automatically applied to all Accounts. Each promotion specifies whether opt-in is required via the Promotions page or whether bonuses are credited automatically upon meeting qualifying criteria.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement expressed as a multiple (e.g., 30x) of the bonus amount or of the combined deposit-and-bonus amount, as specified per promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are not withdrawable until the full wagering requirement is met.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirement completion. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance and pending winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where conduct is potentially criminal:

• Creation of multiple Accounts (duplicate accounts) by a single individual
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC, or in communications with pkr788
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place Bets, interact with the platform, or exploit game or system mechanics
• Collusion with other players in any game or betting activity where collusion affects game integrity or outcomes
• Any involvement in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any attempt to influence the outcome of a sports event or casino game on which a Bet has been placed
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings generated from such exploitation are void
• Money laundering or any use of the pkr788 platform to disguise, transfer, or legitimise the proceeds of illegal activity
• Depositing funds originating from fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise unlawfully obtained sources
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate pkr788 transactions through payment providers
• Harassment, threats, abusive language, or intimidation directed at pkr788 staff or other platform users

All content on the pkr788 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, data compilations, page layouts, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of pkr788 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr788 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant You any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any pkr788 platform content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the pkr788 platform software

• Losses arising from Your breach of this Agreement
• Any third-party payment system failures, delays, or errors affecting deposit or withdrawal processing

Nothing in this clause limits pkr788's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by pkr788's negligence, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

pkr788's total aggregate liability to You for all claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by You into Your pkr788 Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr788 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered Account holders free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from Your Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. Once a loss limit is reached, further Bet placement is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which You are automatically logged out. A reminder notification is displayed when 80% of the session limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from pkr788 for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, Your Account remains open but Bet placement and deposits are suspended.

• The Account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement
• pkr788 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, match-fixing involvement, or other illegal activity
• KYC documentation has not been submitted or has been found to be fraudulent, forged, or misrepresentative
• A duplicate Account has been identified
• The Account holder is found to be under 21 years of age
• A self-exclusion or third-party exclusion order applies to the Account holder
• Continued Account operation poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to pkr788

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of this Agreement, pkr788 reserves the right to retain the Account balance pending investigation. Where closure results from platform-initiated changes unrelated to user breach — such as market withdrawal — real-money balances will be returned via the registered payment method subject to KYC completion.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting pkr788 support. Any pending Bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal settlement rules, and the resulting balance will be returned subject to withdrawal terms.

pkr788 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Your rights, obligations, or the core terms of the gaming service — pkr788 will provide notice via platform notification and/or email to Your registered address at least 14 days before the amended terms take effect.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of a clause, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately without prior notice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction for resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement.

Dispute Procedure

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent imminent harm.
